Journey to Client Loyalty Performance Manager

Over six years ago, Sasha joined the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. With its renowned reputation and commitment to excellence, Fletcher Jones perfectly aligned with both Sasha’s own family values and aspirations for personal growth. He shares, “If you are in Orange County, everyone not only knows the Fletcher Jones name, but excellence comes to mind when you hear it and I wanted to be a part of the legacy.” He started his career as a Business Development Sales Representative for our Audi Beverly Hills location. In February 2023, he took the opportunity to join the service side of our Business Development Center as Client Loyalty Performance Manager.

Our Business Development Center Sales Manager, Eric Rosenthal, shares “Sasha Mellah’s years of loyalty to Fletcher Jones, unwavering dedication, and relentless pursuit of improvement have been the foundation for his newest role. His invaluable contribution has fortified our team, for the strength of our collective lies in the power of each individual. Sasha’s professional journey has been an inspiration to many, including myself.”

Thanks to the invaluable knowledge he gained during his tenure in sales and the unwavering support of our leaders, Sasha seamlessly adapted to his new role. He emphasizes, “Our management empowers us to become the best versions of ourselves, playing a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals.” As the Client Loyalty Performance Manager, he oversees our centralized Service Department Client Loyalty Team for all 18 of the Fletcher Jones dealerships. His primary goal is to ensure that our guests’ service experiences consistently surpass their expectations. Sasha looks forward to giving our team members the necessary tools and motivation to succeed.
