Beach Clean Up

March 8th, 2016 by

Fletcher Jones Management West associates, also known as Karma Squad, were back at it again last weekend when they participated in the Surfrider Foundation Beach Cleanup at Bolsa Chica State Beach.  The Karma Squad was part of 378 total volunteers who picked up 772.4 lbs of trash, 2.5 lbs of which were Styrofoam and a handful of used syringes.  Dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches, The Surfrider Foundation avidly hosts volunteer events across their multiple chapters throughout the United States.  The beach cleanup event was a major success that attracted many local businesses and organizations looking to do give back to the beaches that make up a large portion of Southern California’s beauty.   Thank you Karma Squad for participating in this extremely charitable event, we can’t wait to see where they participate next!  Check out the photos below to catch a glimpse of Karma Squad in action at the beach cleanup.
