Fletcher Jones Management West is the centralized Business Development Center that supports the 16 Fletcher Jones luxury automotive dealerships nationwide from Northern California, Southern California, Nevada and Illinois.
We are family-owned and operated and take pride on growing the company with a focus on our team members. The Fletcher Jones Business Development Center began in 2000 with 5 team members and 1 Department and has continued growth to over 120 team members encompassing 5 Departments.

The Fletcher Jones Karma Squad was established in 2013 and has provided opportunities for our team members along with their friends and family to volunteer in our community in Orange County.
From our annual Summer Family BBQ to special holiday events in the office, we enjoy celebrating our team members and their hard work and dedication.
The Sales BDC is responsible for driving consistent sales traffic for the Fletcher Jones group. The sales BDR acts as the essential communications link between the guest and the dealership, remains in contact with during all stages of the sales solicitation process, and is the catalyst for soliciting prospective clients, both new and returning. Possession of a vehicle sales license is required.
The Service BDC is responsible for driving consistent service traffic for Fletcher Jones through inbound/outbound phone calls, chats, text, and email which produce solid and specific appointments for the service centers. The Service Coordinator acts as the essential communications link between the guest and the dealership during all stages of the service journey.
Client Loyalty Representatives focus on increasing client satisfaction through direct client contact. CLR make outbound phone calls to current clients to gain valuable feedback and ensure that all guests are completely satisfied with the quality of our products and services.
The Receptionist also referred to as the “First Impressionist,” is often the client’s first point of contact with the Fletcher Jones group. S/he focuses on answering and directing high volume inbound calls with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
The Marketing Team is responsible for actively driving traffic through Marketing and Digital Initiatives to meet the business objectives of the Fletcher Jones automotive group in an organized and efficient manner. The team executes strategies by creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing online marketing/digital campaigns while ensuring all duties are performed with the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
The Regional Business Office provides accounting support to the California Fletcher Jones Dealerships. Accounting processes are standardized to create a consistent and efficient approach to processing dealership transactions.
The IT department is responsible for supporting all of the Fletcher Jones family of dealers. The department provides an array of services to each dealership ranging from end user support to high level network and systems design, and integration. The primary functions of the IT department is providing uninterrupted access to computer and information systems, protecting and securing data, and implementing new systems and technologies to help improve efficiency and productivity while supporting the our team.
